Follow the steps given below and make your own virus...

1) Open Notepad.

2) Copy and Paste the following Code into Notepad :

3) Save it as InternetDisabled.bat.

4) Now it is done. So it is a simple Trick to make Virus which can Disable Internet Permanently.
